The Full Story

Recovery at The Hub is located in Santry, Dublin and caters for all types of users, at all levels.

Led by Steven Ball our managing director, who has a professional sports background, we are committed to providing clients with the best possible care and support on their wellness journey.

Company directors Steven & Barry boast a combined 20+ years’ experience working with teams and individual sports people at various levels. Our aim is to ensure clients feel physically and mentally refreshed to meet their individual goals.

We are very easily accessed from the greater Dublin area at our purpose-built facility located at 

Unit 3, Santry Place, Swords Road, Santry. All our facilities are regularly cleaned, & well maintained and we offer free on-site parking for all users.

Services currently available include - Infrared Sauna, Hot & Cold Therapy, Compression Therapy, Mobility Zone, Yoga, & Pilates. We are always developing our services so keep an eye on our socials and main website for more info.
