I recently visited Recovery at The Hub and had such a lovely experience. The facilities are modern & spotless and obviously designed to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The range of recovery options available makes it easy to find something that suits your needs whether you’re recovering from training or dealing with muscle soreness or simply looking to relax and reset. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I would highly recommend Recovery at The Hub to anyone looking to prioritise their recovery and wellbeing.

Excellent facility for all stages of recovery. Particularly good for teams or groups as there's a communal aspect to it. Membership is great value if you dedicate the time to go. Would highly recommend.

A brilliant addition for Santry! Very modern, clean facilities with very helpful, friendly & informative staff guiding you through every step. The structure to the session made it pass by so quickly. Wanted to do it all again straight away as enjoyed it all so much. I left not only feeling that bit closer to recovery but very relaxed! Loved being able to jump through a warm shower after too in the changing rooms. Saw they have brilliant membership options too! & a coffee on arrival was such a lovely welcoming suprise! Really thrilled to know this is right on the doorstep.

I had a wonderful experience at Recovery at The Hub right across from my apartment. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and I felt very well taken care of during my visit. I spent an hour there enjoying the full recovery which was amazing. Highly recommend this place for relaxation! I’ll be back for sure and want to do it regularly 🤩

Staff are friendly and the facilities are top notch. Clean and peaceful! The yoga classes are taught by talented, inclusive instructors. Can't recommend enough!

Would highly recommend recovery at the hub, visited with my football team Santry Forest and the facilities are in great condition and the staff are very accommodating and friendly, 10/10 experience.

Great place in a great location. Group of lads off of our club santry forest went up for a session and all of us felt great and ready to go after. The staff was unbelievable and very attentive and that makes it all the better for us. We can’t wait to get back up!!! 10/10 recommend
