1. General Policy
By booking and/or using services at Recovery at The Hub, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies apply to all bookings, memberships, classes, workshops, events, and services offered by our facility.
2. No-Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
• Single session bookings
• Packages and credit bundles
• Membership fees
• Class passes (yoga, Pilates, etc.)
• Gift cards and vouchers
• Special offers, promotions, or discounted services
Refunds will only be granted where required by Irish consumer law.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand plans change — however, late cancellations impact availability for others.
• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment or class.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time will not be refunded or credited.
• “No-shows” will be charged in full and lose the session credit.
To cancel or reschedule, you must do so through our booking system or by contacting us directly within the required timeframe.
4. Memberships
• Membership payments are recurring and non-refundable.
• Membership cancellations require 30 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.
• Unused sessions do not roll over unless specified in your membership plan.
• All sessions are valid solely within the duration of an active membership. Sessions cannot be booked, redeemed, or carried over once the membership period has expired.
5. Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying other customers.
No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals.
6. Medical or Injury Exceptions
If you are unable to continue sessions due to a verified medical condition or injury, we may offer:
• A temporary membership freeze, or
• Session credits for future use
Medical documentation may be required. Refunds will not be issued.
7. Gift Cards & Packages
• Gift cards and credits are non-refundable
• Expiry dates will apply unless prohibited by law
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
8. Facility Policies
All clients must follow facility rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates policies or behaves in a manner that risks safety or disrupts the environment.
9. Changes to Policy
Recovery at The Hub reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted in-clinic and/or online.
