Yes – you can combine different services during your visit by booking multiple sessions back-to-back.
We recommend booking ahead to guarantee your preferred time, especially during busy periods.
Each Full Recovery Session includes 15 min Compression Boots, 10 min Cold Tub, 10 min Hot Tub, 15 min Infrared Sauna, and 10 min Mobility Zone.
Packages and memberships are for individual use and cannot be shared.
Yes – each package has a set validity period. Memberships renew monthly unless cancelled.
Absolutely – just speak to our team and we’ll arrange the change.
They are non-refundable, but in special cases we can discuss transfer or extension options.
