You can use the Mobility Zone before or after any other recovery service or on its own. Use of the mobility area is only included in a full recovery session.

Yes. Most sessions run for 30–45 minutes, but we’re flexible. You can let us know if you’d like more or less time, especially if you’re combining it with other services.
Not at all. The space is beginner-friendly, and our team is happy to show you how to use the tools or suggest simple movements to start with.
The area is mostly self-led, but our team is nearby if you need support, suggestions, or help using any of the equipment.
