Who Can Benefit from Yoga Sessions?

Yoga is for anyone who wants to move better, feel more grounded, and stay connected to their body. It’s especially helpful if you:
1
Feel stiff or tense after work or workouts
2
Sit or stand for long hours
3
Are coming back from injury
4
Want to add balance to intense training
5
Need a calm space to breathe and reset

It’s a great addition to your weekly routine, whether you train hard, work long hours, or just want to feel more present in your body.

Yoga vs Pilates: What’s the Difference?

We offer both yoga and Pilates at The Hub, and while they share some benefits, they’re not the same.

Yoga

It focuses on breath, flexibility, and fluid movement.
It often includes stillness, mindfulness, and poses held for longer periods. It helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and improve how you move and feel.

Pilates

On the other hand, it is more focused on controlled movement and core strength.
It uses small, precise motions to build stability, especially around the spine, hips, and shoulders. Pilates is great for posture, alignment, and injury prevention.
